I respect him for doing that - it's so easy to get tempted by big bucks and try to look cool out in Hollywood. He knows he's the hottest property in bollywood, so why bother trying something else? Plus like you say - he knows that hollywood is shaking because bollywood is gonna go mainstream in the next few years!
  3. amit said:

'tis a good point doods - it's part and parcel of the image too - can't for example see someone not smoking in a Tarantino movie! Some things are just cool left without people babbling about influences - it's an artists' license after all.

I dunno, I agree with the no advertising for smoking and of course there are problems with youngsters being influenced, but banning smoking on screen? I am on Khan's side for this one, the notion that film and television influences kids is an ongoing argument and once you take the view that it is an unavoidable and overriding fact, you have to start taking every 'bad' thing off the screen. And where would that leave us?!

  1. new stars set to shine...

The wait is finally over as emerges 3 new stars..no one is history has had a launch platform like deepika pudokone...and "om shanti om "looks like the block buster of the year. With the likes of king khan as your co star and vishal shekar providing the score deepika is set to rock the bolllywood film industry from its roots..preity, rani and ash now have a real contender for no1.. as this surreall beauty is here to stay....

From the humble begginings of "khamoshi" to the spectacular "hum dil de chuke sanam "to the magnum opus "devdas", sanjay leela bhansali has taken bollywood to new heights with "black" he broke the mould of indian cinema. Now we all wait with baited breath for "sawariyan"...the love story of yester year......two names unknown to the industry will make their bow sonam kapoor dubbed the new rekha by SLB and Ranbir kapoor the hottest property in indian cinema as the young rishi kapoor was in bobby ...expectations are such from both anything less than par excellence wont do SLB credit...
