Australian singer Kylie Minogue arrives on the red carpet of the Atlantis resort, in Dubai Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008. A cast of A list celebrities graced the red carpet for the opening of the Palm Jumeirah on the Atlantis resort. Minogue, who will reportedly earn $4 million for her performance, will be joined by Lebanese singer Nawal and Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra at the extravagant bash that also attracted Charlize Theron and Lindsay Lohan.
