Hey hey!
-
Ha! The smoker:
-
I respect him for doing that - it's so easy to get tempted by big bucks and try to look cool out in Hollywood. He knows he's the hottest property in bollywood, so why bother trying something else? Plus like you say - he knows that hollywood is shaking because bollywood is gonna go mainstream in the next few years!
-
'tis a good point doods - it's part and parcel of the image too - can't for example see someone not smoking in a Tarantino movie! Some things are just cool left without people babbling about influences - it's an artists' license after all.
-
I dunno, I agree with the no advertising for smoking and of course there are problems with youngsters being influenced, but banning smoking on screen? I am on Khan's side for this one, the notion that film and television influences kids is an ongoing argument and once you take the view that it is an unavoidable and overriding fact, you have to start taking every 'bad' thing off the screen. And where would that leave us?!

Stallone, Arnie & Beyonce in bolly-schmoozing

(via IndiaTimes) International pop sensation Beyonce Knowles and Hollywood hunk-turned-Californian governor Arnold Schwarzenegger might not be the only ones adding Hollywood glitz in Sajid Nadiadwala’s forthcoming film Kambakth Ishq. The film also stars Bollywood’s lead pair Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor.
In fact, if all goes well, Hollywood’s evergreen action star Sylvester Stallone might throw in a glittery cameo too. A source informs:
Sajid has already spun a casting coup by roping in Arnold Schwarzenegger and Beyonce in his film. And on his recent visit to Los Angeles, he was in talks with Sylvester Stallone too. Sajid is really keen that Sylvester does a cameo in his first international venture.
"Akshay plays a Hollywood stuntman in the film and will share screen space with Arnold in a couple of action sequences. Beyonce, on the other hand, has a sizzling bootylicious act in the film."
Prashant Shah, the line producer of the film in LA confirms, “Yes, we have received a letter from Arnold’s office and he has agreed to do the film. So has Beyonce. We are also looking at other big Hollywood names to join the already star-studded cast.”
Upon being contacted, Sajid Nadiadwala confirmed that talks were indeed on with Sylvester. “I’ve grown up watching the Rocky Balboa and Rambo series and it will be really great if he agrees to do a cameo in this film. Talks are on with Sylvester but nothing has been finalised yet. But, we’ll know soon,” he says. Kambakth Ishq is slated to go on the floors towards the end of the month. Reportedly, the film will star a total of nine Hollywood actors and will be shot in the exotic locales of Los Angeles.
Bollywood Chutney asks if "they vil be back" for another movie. A trend for the future? It depends on how much nakedness and muscle is involved, and how many cars exploding are scripted in the movie!
